An energy healing session is an intentional way of decreasing stress in your body.

It promotes deep relaxation by setting the rest and digest portion of your autonomic nervous system into motion.

While in the rest and digest mode, your breathing, heart rate and blood pressure (among other functions) slow.


Instinctively, your body knows exactly how to start repairing itself when it reaches this state.

Energy healing works in partnership with your body’s instinct to access the places in and around your energy field that needs healing.


When you come for an energy healing session, you will notice a shift. Most people emerge from their table session commenting on how relaxed they feel.


That relaxed feeling is your body responding in rest and digest mode in cooperation with the energy healing treatment.


Because energy healing takes the whole person into account, healing can occur on physical, emotional, mental or spiritual levels.
